THREE DEDICATED FOSSIL DIVES FOR EXPLORERS: Divers in North Carolina can discover an intriguing array of fossils beneath the waves. Once everyone is on board, we leave our shore behind and travel approximately two hours and 50 minutes on our fast and comfortable boat to our dedicated fossil dive sites. Among the most sought-after fossils are ancient shark teeth, including those from the massive Megalodon. FOSSILS YOU MIGHT FIND: Fossil hunters might uncover bones from prehistoric marine mammals, such as the Dugong - a predecessor to the modern manatee - along with whale bones, alligator jaws, Mastodon teeth, Mako teeth, Great White teeth and dinosaur claws. These fossils, often hidden in sandy seabeds and rocky outcrops, offer a fascinating glimpse into the region's ancient marine life. This makes North Carolina a prime location for underwater fossil hunting. THIS CHARTER IS IDEAL FOR: Experienced divers seeking an adrenaline-pumping dive and the rare thrill of uncovering prehistoric Megalodon teeth from the ocean floor. LOCATIONS: 63 Miles From The Inlet DEPTHS: 85 - 100 Feet inshore, 100 - 115 Feet offshore TIME BY BOAT: Two Hours 50 Minutes NUMBER OF DIVES: 3 PRICE PER PERSON: Charter only, no tanks: $380pp Charter with three steel cylinders of EANx: $420pp PREREQUISITES: - Advanced Open Water Certification or equivalent - Enriched Air Certification for diving with Nitrox - Deep diving experience is necessary to safely navigate the depths - Wreck Diver Certification if divers plan to engage in wreck penetration SPECIAL DIVE SITES: This charters is specifically designed for fossil collectors. We are taking you to sites that have the highest chances to find shark teeth, fossils and Megalodon teeth. IMPORTANT DIVE INSTRUCTIONS - All dives are drift dives - no anchor lines - Carry an SMB + reel for safe, visible ascents - Monitor your NDLs and air pressure throughout each dive DETAILED INFORMATION: Our crew will provide you with a safety briefing and valuable knowledge for each site. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Folks tend to get very excited during these kinds of dives, their eyes fixed on the ground looking for teeth and fossils. North Carolina's number one reason for diving fatalities is tooth envy. It is crucial for your safety to monitor No Decompression Limits and tank pressure regularly throughout your dives!

CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel or reschedule your charter free of charge up to 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will result in a full charge, and no refund will be issued. NO-SHOWS or failure to arrive on time will also result in full forfeiture of any refund. If you rented gear for your charter, you will be charged a restocking fee of $25.00 in addition to your charter charge. REFUND POLICY If WE cancel the charter due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a FULL REFUND or have the option to RESCHEDULE at no additional cost. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. RESCHEDE POLICY If you need to reschedule your trip (outside the 7-day window), we’ll gladly assist you in finding another available date that works for you.
