LOCATIONS: Sites are located more than 15 miles from the inlet DEPTHS: 85 - 120 feet NUMBER OF DIVES: 3 MAX. NUMBER OF GUESTS: 6 PRICING PER PERSON: Charter only, no tanks: $280pp Charter with three steel cylinders of EANx: $340pp THIS CHARTER IS IDEAL FOR: Our offshore spearfishing excursions are designed for the daring and experienced spearfishers. These excursions take you to challenging dive sites at depths ranging from 105 - 130 feet. Clarity and abundant marine life create the perfect hunting grounds. ENJOY THE THRILL OF THE CHASE: Test your skills against some of the ocean's most sought-after species in an environment that challenges and rewards in equal measure. Whether you're navigating the intricate mazes of historic wrecks or stalking your prey along dramatic underwater cliffs, these trips promise an unforgettable spearfishing experience packed with excitement. PREREQUISITES: - Advanced Open Water Certification or equivalent - Enriched Air Certification if diving with Nitrox - We prefer all divers joining us on spearfishing adventures are trained in spearfishing or have a spearfishing history. This is for safety purposes and to ensure a successful hunt. SPECIAL DIVE SITES: We take you to sites that provide the ideal hunting grounds for the fish species you plan to target. IMPORTANT DIVE INSTRUCTIONS - All dives are drift dives - no anchor lines - Carry an SMB + reel for safe, visible ascents - Monitor your NDLs and air pressure throughout each dive DETAILED INFORMATION: Our crew will provide you with a safety briefing and valuable knowledge for each site. FISH RULES APP: We highly recommend downloading and checking the Fish Rules app before we set off, so you’re fully prepared and informed about the day’s regulations. NO SPEARFISHING LICENSE REQUIRED: With Instigator, you don’t need your own fishing license. Whether you’re spearfishing or fishing, our vessel’s permit covers you. This is especially convenient for our out-of-state and international guests, saving you the cost and hassle of purchasing a separate license. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel or reschedule your charter free of charge up to 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will result in a full charge, and no refund will be issued. NO-SHOWS or failure to arrive on time will also result in full forfeiture of any refund. If you rented gear for your charter, you will be charged a restocking fee of $25.00 in addition to your charter charge. REFUND POLICY If WE cancel the charter due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a FULL REFUND or have the option to RESCHEDULE at no additional cost. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. RESCHEDE POLICY If you need to reschedule your trip (outside the 7-day window), we’ll gladly assist you in finding another available date that works for you.
