Service Description
TECHNICAL DIVING: All of our dives are classified as recreational unless arranged as decompression dives. If you’re planning a technical or deco dive, we’re fully equipped to support these charters. We just require all slated divers to submit their dive plans and profiles prior to departure. CLOSED CIRCUIT CERTIFIED: Our operation is fully closed circuit certified, meaning our team has completed specialized training in closed circuit rebreather (CCR) diving. We frequently welcome divers using rebreathers on our boat and are well-prepared to assist you, especially in case of an emergency. Our owner, Cindy, pursued this certification to support our rebreather divers. Her partner, Ryan, is also an experienced CCR diver. We also have a booster at our retail dive shop and are capable of refilling 100% Oxygen cylinders. REBREATHER FRIENDLY CHARTERS: Our boats accommodate rebreather divers, understanding that many of you prefer closed-circuit systems when exploring Megalodon ledges. We prioritize your decompression needs during your ascent. Bring your rebreather along and maximize your bottom time! DOUBLES-FRIENDLY / TECHNICAL DIVING: We welcome technical divers and doubles setups on all our vessels. With onboard tech training and instructors from top dive shops conducting courses, our charters are built with serious divers in mind. TANKS: We bring trans fill tanks onboard, so you can easily top off your doubles between dives. Whether you’re gearing up for a three-tank day or just need a quick gas refill, we’ve got you covered with rental trans fill tanks and a whip system ready to go. DECOMPRESSION DIVES: We can’t track your progress visually so it’s essential to share your dive plan in advance. If you're planning a 90-minute bottom time with a 60-minute deco stop, our captain and crew will monitor your timeline. Should you miss your expected surface time, we’ll immediately recognize a potential issue and respond accordingly. GARMIN INTEGRATION ON OUR BOATS: All boats are equipped with Garmin systems, fully compatible with your Garmin InReach or dive watch for enhanced safety, tracking and peace of mind. In the unlikely event someone gets lost or separated from the boat, their Garmin InReach can transmit their location once they surface. We can pick up that signal through our GPS system. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY BOOKING A CHARTER Ready to get on the water? 1. Add your favorite adventures to your cart. 2. Select your preferred date and submit your request. 3. Get confirmed: We’ll contact you quickly to finalize the details and secure your spot. To secure your preferred date, you may pay in full at the time of booking or reserve with a valid credit card. We strongly recommend booking early - especially during peak season and around holidays - as availability fills up quickly. Important: We do not accept online bookings at this time. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel or reschedule your charter free of charge up to 7 DAYS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will result in a full charge, and no refund will be issued. NO-SHOWS or failure to arrive on time will also result in full forfeiture of any refund. If you rented gear for your charter, you will be charged a restocking fee of $25.00 in addition to your charter charge. REFUND POLICY If WE cancel the charter due to weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a FULL REFUND or have the option to RESCHEDULE at no additional cost. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. RESCHEDE POLICY If you need to reschedule your trip (outside the 7-day window), we’ll gladly assist you in finding another available date that works for you.
